The day many of us feared, but probably more of us looked forward to has come. Unfortunately or fortunately, the efforts to increase the quality of the jokes on the Sunday Night Update, co-incided with Bobak Alavi’s multiple offers and engagements. Thus he will not be hosting Sunday Night Update, although we may see him elsewhere on Iranican. If you think you can exceed the quality of the content and you’re at least as “good looking,” send your resume to jobs@iranican.com and title it “I can do better” with honesty.

This was great! why couldn’t there be more shows like this? This was high quality!
The farewell show was great. Funny, heartfelt and sincere. The editing was excellent. Well done. Alavi will be sorely missed.
