The first “Iranian Heritage Night” was put together for Hamed Haddadi, the first Iranian-American basketball player in the NBA, (Center for the Memphis Grizzlies), playing against the Warriors at Oracle Arena. This event also featured Farshid Amin singing the national anthem as well as Niosha Dance Academy performing a pregame dance. In this video (Part 1), we interview the attendees and Farshid Amin, in Part 2, we interview Hamed Haddadi and Coach Johnny Davis from the Grizzlies.
